Point-to-point and ladder schematics of how to make this panel work. This step took me the longest to figure out, but it should work nicely.

Believe it or not, both of these papers show the same wiring configuration, minus the disconnect switch.

 

Correction, the 10-||-12 contact should be labelled R3-2, it's the related output to the R3-2 above it.
