A watchful eye

Now that I'm back from holiday I was keen to see how the swan eggs were getting on. They are no longer eggs, they have hatched.

 

I managed to get a few shots this evening despite a very protective mother giving me the evil eye!

 

In this one the mother is watching over her babies protectively while they explore their surroundings. :)
