I saw a swan nesting and thought I would take a snap, just as I took the lens cap off of my camera she stood up just for a moment to take a look at the eggs and I was able to capture a shot. :)

 

Now I'm going to have to look the gestation period up on Wikipedia so that I can go back for a shot of the cygnets.
