Hidden sanctuary

I decided to take a quick walk around my neighbourhood this evening to see if I could capture a shot or two.

 

I noticed this old fence looking rather tatty and broken but revealing some previously hidden bright green leaves behind it. I think the contrasting colours are what first caught my eye. I like the idea that it's plain and boring on the outside but green and lovely beyond, yet you can only see a hint of it. Enticing.
