Beyond comprehension mono

One of the second things I saw on my walk around the forest today was an extremely random shoe hanging on a branch over a swamp. It was very strange as there was nobody else around, no people or cars... the shoe had just been left there.
While not a spectacular photograph, it was a very unusual sight and I therefore felt obliged to document it for posterity.
