“Depression mode takes over once again,” Luke Cage exclaims.
“Quiet, Luke.” There’s a mutant up there.” Murdock explains. “I smell him, it’s the one who killed Captain America.”
“No freaking way,” Luke Cage yelled. “I’m gonna kill that guy.”
“Wait! We should go the sneaky route, he was able to kill Captain America, so what makes you think that you can stop him, when Captain America can fight an army of robots, an army of aliens, and army of Nazis.”
“What makes you think that a blind guy can defeat the guy who beat an army of Nazis, Ali—“
“Calm down guys.” A voice interrupted.
“Oh, yea, sorry Jess,” Luke apologized.
“Same here.” Matt followed.
“I forgive you, but we should work together, instead of arguing. Besides, we’re like the only superheroes on this Earth.” Jessica Jones, formerly Jewel, suggested.
“What about Danny, he isn’t budging.”
“I think he’s sleeping, Danny wake up, we’re fighting bad guys.”
“There goes my balance, but okay, let’s kill some mutants.”
Matt would rap some cloth over his eyes and knuckles to hide his identity and cushion his knuckles. After doing so, he would use his heightened senses to follow the scent of a mutant above.
“Up there, Uh oh, I think Clint is being kidnapped. Possibly for a public execution…” Matt suggested in a worried manner.
“Then let’s hurry,” Jess ordered, before bursting through the floor.
“Oh… uhm, hey,” Danny said, whilst scraping his head.
“What are you guys doing here?” Clint asked.
“To save you from the mutant kidnappers, why?” Luke Cage said.
“Whoops, sorry guys.” Jessica Jones said before walking backward and climbing back down to the sewer.
“Yeah, me too, Matt agreed. “You guys have fun fighting mutants I guess.”
“Luke, Danny? Are you guys going too?” Asked Hawkeye.
“I guess we’ll come, it won’t hurt to get outside and not survive on rats,” Danny explained.
“Sorry, I’m stayin’ here.” said Cage.
Captain America will soon order everyone to meet up and make a new plan.
