Dr. Wayne Smutz, associate vice president for Outreach and executive director of Penn State Continuing and Distance Education, is inducted into the World Campus Pi Delta Chi chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda by Dr. Pete Rubba during the induction ceremony on December 22, 2007.
