Autumn Thanks

The background for this card is made from glossy cardstock, mounted onto a butterscotch card base. I applied Terra Cotta, Cranberry, and Raisin alcohol inks to the glossy cardstock, using a blending tool and felt over my non-stick craft sheet. (I used the blending solution to clean up.) Then, I used Fiskars Upper Crest border punch to edge the piece.

 

Next, I masked a vertical column for the stamping. I stamped 3 leaves from Hero Arts CL457 Real Leaves and the "thanks" sentiment from CL520 Live and Laugh using VersaMark watermark ink. Then I heat embossed the stamped areas with Ranger gold embossing powder. I added metallic gold cord as a finishing accent.
