Butterfly Lace Stationery Set - All
I made this stationery set using Bazzill Basics cardstock that I ran through my Cuttlebug for texture using my Textile, Diamonds in the Rough, Divine Swirl, and Swiss Dots textures. I used Fiskars Sunburst border punch and a contrasting piece of cardstock to matte the focal butterfly from Hero Arts CG130 Butterflies cling set. The Bazzill colors are Hazel (green), Fawn (tan), and Stonewash (blue).
The butterfly was stamped on white cardstock using waterproof ink. They were all colored the same to give the stationery set unity, using Prismacolor colored pencils. A few highlights were made using a Sakura Stardust clear glitter gel pen.
Four different sentiments were used from Hero Arts CL371 Essential Messages: thinking of you, best wishes, happy birthday, and thank you. For variety, half of the cards have a traditional fold along the left edge, and half have a modern reporter's notebook fold along the top edge.
