Birthday Card with Soft Colors

I stamped the candles image using a waterproof dye ink. Then, I colored it in using colored pencils and blended them with odorless mineral spirits. Next, I colored over the yellow pencil in the flames with yellow Stickles™ glitter glue.

 

Then, I cut the remaining pieces. I added the ribbon to the base card, made from patterned paper. And, once the Stickles™ were dry, I assembled the rest of the card. I stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment using the same ink.
