Dry Wash
As best I can tell this is the Bear Wallow Wash in Damfino Canyon near Sedona, Arizona. There are numerous hiking, biking and 4x4 trails around the Coconino National Forest outside of Sedona. Unfortunately, finding names for the rock formations and geologic features is difficult.
Named or not, the area is spectacular because of its deep red rocks and green pinion pine/juniper forest, interspersed with brighter cactus, oak, and pointleaf manzanita. Under blue skies, it's easy to see why people find energy here.
