Shrinky strawberry tries to escape its shell

I made chocolate-covered strawberries on Wednesday. A few days in the fridge, and the strawberries have shrunk a little, enough to come loose from their brown shells. See the gap at the top-left? That's where the chocolate was attached before water evaporation caused the inner berry to shrink a little. Best part? Eating the subjects. :)
