Baked Apples

Split, cored, topped with a small pinch of salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla. The cinnamon was certainly the strongest seasoning, but the apples themselves took over everything else. Definitely inspired by Valette's baking, these made for an amazing late night snack.
