A bat!

As I was looking out over the lagoon, this guy flew up and rested on the snow. I reached over and took a picture (the lens is about 3 inches away from him here). After my first picture, he flew off again, into the night. Sorry it's blurry, it was very dark, and this was handheld (there wasn't a good position to drop the tripod anyway).
