These are probably my "masterpiece" pancakes

I've taken pretty much every trick I've learned over the last year and put them all together into this masterpiece of a plate. I combined the cooked, spiced apple idea, the fresh sliced strawberry idea, the whipped cream on top idea, the citrus in the batter idea, and the ricotta in the batter idea all to make this. It's sooo good.
