SMC 51 - "Pan Casserole" with bread and cocoa
The original plan was french toast. But when I was at the store, I decided to pick up some potatoes. I cooked them like I was making hash browns, then added tomato, onion, and green pepper, then some sausauge, then 5 eggs. Once the eggs were cooked, I topped it with cheese.
The original plan was french toast, right? Well, that means I still had a loaf of bread. Slice it up and top it with butter.
Cocoa + sugar + a pinch of salt + hot water to mix it all together and cook. Add in milk and heat (don't boil). Add in some vanilla and serve in a coffee mug topped with whipped cream.
Yum.
