SMC 50 - That's supposed to be an egg white omelette...

Even with the gratuitous amounts of butter I put down on the pan, the egg whites just did NOT want to come up. So it looks a lot more like a scramble with green pepper, tomato, sausage, and cheese. There was more than enough sausage for the three omelettes I was making, so I dished up a some of the extra. To round out the colorful plate, sweet potato hash. Yuuum.
