Apple Pancakes 2

No apple in the pancakes this time, only on top. I took my lesson -- I seasoned the apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Also, I had enough syrup left over to jar it. I'm going to try the syrup on some pancakes tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

 

This is two whole, skinned apples on there. I thought it'd be too much. Nope, not enough (okay, just enough).
