Real professionals take photos with their iPhone.

This is Becker. He's apparently kind of a big deal, or so I'm told. I saw someone tweet earlier about a get-together at Upstream for photographers tonight. So I figured, "Hey, why not?" This was after dinner, when the group migrated over to Ted and Wally's for dessert (I abstained). At this particular moment, he's taking a picture of one of the others in the group, showing off her coordinated "rock star boots" and lens bag cover.

 

So, when we were at the introduction phase of the night, he kind of passed his turn off as the "I'm the guy everyone is here to see, so I really don't have much to say about myself." I don't mean he said it that way, but more the modest way. Once I made it clear I really didn't know who he was, he proceeded to try to properly introduce himself. I say try because one of the other people at the table interrupted to introduce him because "he wasn't doing it well enough." There were people from all over the region there to see him, and I was the one who was just tempted by a good time.
