SMC 44 - Chocolate Milk Pancakes w/ Peaches
I decided to put some chocolate milk into the pancake batter this week, to see if I could give them a little subtle extra flavor. The peaches and the nutella totally covered it up, but it was there a little. I think I need more like the cocoa-infused pancakes I'd made before.
I wasn't really fully in the mood to do it this week. I'd planned to make banana pancakes using a nicely over-ripened banana I'd saved up all week, but it got eaten last night. My other bananas weren't anywhere near ripe enough for cooking with, so that just knocked the mood right out of me.
