SMC 34 - A (late) Omelette

Cheddar cheese and sausage filled, it's three eggs with some milk, a touch of flour (for a little more structure when it came time to do the folding), and a pinch of salt and pepper, whisked until nice and full of little air bubbles, cooked in the sausage grease (this sausage doesn't render very much) and olive oil. Served with coffee and Twitter.

 

It's comming very late for two reasons: First, I did the dishes first (except for the coffee cup and press; I'm not done with the coffee cup yet, and for some reason I do them together); second, I stayed up until about 8 AM this morning, for no particularly good reason.

 

This may be the best result I've had from omelette cooking. This will be how I do these in the future.
