SMC 29 - Potato Experiment

With fluffly scrambled eggs and slicked sausage patties. Okay... the potatoes... yeah... no, 25 minutes in the oven wasn't long enough to cook the hashed and sliced potatoes. Also, I used entirely too much liquid. I probably didn't need the cream at all, or if I did, I needed much less of it.

 

Next time I try the potatoes, I won't use cream, just a slice of butter (about a tablespoon). I'll also let it bake for a while before adding the cheese, because the cheese gets done a lot faster than the potatoes. Or something. It's all an experiment.
