Spinach and Cheddar-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

I seasoned the inside of the meat with gratuitous amounts of garlic powder and a couple other things. The potatoes are pan-fried in olive oil and seasoned with Season-All, salt, basil, tarragon, and parsley.
