I tried to add coffee to the cream... yeah, it didn't solidify as well. Perhaps next time I try to make coffee truffles, I'll use the "steep" method the original recipe suggested for solid flavors. So they're a little flat. Also, I used my broader teaspoon to scoop these out, so the came out a might bigger.
