Homemade biscuits
They're entirely too large, but that's okay (you only need one). Drenched in sausage gravy, these made for a hearty core to a good Sunday breakfast.
2 1/4 Cup of flour, 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Mix them, flatten the mix, break into pieces, fold up, bake at 425ºF for 20-25 minutes.
