Eggs over Hash

Basically the same ingredients as last week, just put together different, and cooking to a different scale. Two fried eggs, served atop a flat of hash browns, with a layer of cheddar cheese to act as a bridge. It was so good, for something so simple and cheap. *drool*

 

Why do I say a difference in scale? This is everything I cooked this morning. I didn't want to wait until noon for the other people in the house to wake up.

 

I've made a Sunday Morning Cooking group. So anyone who wants to join me in this weekly ritual (or just watch), feel free to join up. Morning is in title only, it's really only "Sunday Cooking," but that doesn't flow as well.
