Breakfast Casserole

Decided to skip the crepes today. It's still Sunday, I'm still cooking...

 

Two potatoes, a can of Cream of Chicken, a can of milk, half a thing of breakfast sausage, and six eggs. Bake for a ridiculously long period of time at a low setting. It wasn't too bad once the potatoes had finished cooking.
