Day 200 - More proud results

Posing with my (now framed and matted) columbine picture. I really like how this one came out.

Why is this my milestone picture? Well, for one, this (and the buckeye bud) was the first shot I had printed, framed, and matted (I always skipped that last part earlier). Also, the simple fact I can take a picture like this tells me I've grown a lot as a photographer in the last 200 days.

Lighting: Group A: 580 II with lightsphere eye-level, camera left, slightly in front of from the frame's plane; Group B: 430 with the wide-diffuser, on the lens axis, about 1' above the lens and slightly back, direct at the the scene; E-TTL, Ratio: 3:1.
