Day 91 - Pulling a Ballmer
Yesterday, one of our clients complains to us about configuration issues with a build of a project we'd pushed out to them.
Turns out, he didn't follow the instructions we provided with the build. Three weeks ago.
Once he did, he asked how the build implemented the changes requested.
... which was in the same e-mail as the instructions provided with the build.
Also pictured is Dave, the other person who had to deal with this. He doesn't quite get to the chair-throwing stage, though.
