Day 152 - Egg Goup and Bacon on Rice

My recipe for "egg goup" (essentially scrambled eggs): Fry up some bacon. Try not to overcook it (as you see here). Drain off some of the grease, but not quite all of it. In that grease, add two large eggs, then stir vigorously until it's roughly the same color throughout. Don't worry, you'll never get it all the same color. Then combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and shredded cheese into the egg mix. Continue to stir over heat until a minute or so after the consistency shifts from "egg soup" to "egg goup." Serve over rice.
