Day 96 - Chicken with Rice 4

I finally came back to it. But I think my rice went stale or something, because it came out all wrong. The chicken is good, though.

 

1/3rd cup OJ + 1 cup water = you can't even taste the OJ. Just so you know. Need to get nearer half/half next time...
