Day 21 addendum - Water
So the food may not of photographed well, but that doesn't mean we didnt eat something else. Marcus and I retreated from the office at a late hour, hungered and low on options. We've collectively had terrible experiences at Perkins, Village Inn, and IHOP (and Denny's is, well, Denny's; I'm sure we could get kicked out for gambling if we brought some Magic cards with us, though), so those were sraight-out. This left us with few known options outside of driving fifteen or twenty minutes before arriving.
So, we settle for Cheesecake Factory. I get the spicy chicken sandwich, he gets the fish and chips. While we were waiting, I started playing around with my camera and the water glass.
As I'm taking pictures of various things (including the mountain of slaw... probably should have tried using a display for that one... the background is what came into focus relying on the autofocus), a lady at the table behind us became quite interested in what I was up to, taking all those pictures. So, we had a quick discussion of this little project I've been working on, Marcus insisted I show her the Cheesecake Factory group that my Mud Pie picture got invited to (so that she can see I'm not the only crazy one taking pictures of food), but with only his iPhone to work with, we'd never have pulled up the site in time.
Dinner was followed with going home tonight, no dessert, as I had my fill of cookies and other leftover sweets at the office today. Maybe next time.
Have a good night, everyone, and remember: drink more water. :)
