Day 15 - Pseudo-Pan-Fried Chicken (with Watermelon)

Still had a chicken breast leftover from Day 12 or so, had to use it before it went bad. So, I heat up the ol' frying pan, put just a little cooking oil down, then the chicken. Then I throw on some season-all and some flour, then flip and do the same thing (oil, then season-all and flour). In the end, I ended up with something somewhat resembling fried chicken. Almost.

 

Lessons learned:

1) This cooking method actually worked.

2) I used waaay too much flour.

3) Next time, plan ahead at least a little.

4) "What was I thinking" will probably be another recurring theme.
