Day 13 - Chicken with Rice 3 - Citrus Chicken

Yes, another week, another Chicken with Rice.

 

This week's experiment? Orange juice in place of the water. It made the rice a lot sweeter, but the chicken was simply a lot juicier and tender than it was the last time. The rice ended up tasting a little overcooked, but I can probably deal with that by not using only orange juice.

Done
