Don't PBR me, please.
A bunch of years ago Pabst brewing left Milwaukee. It made a lot of people very upset, and rightly so. It was a lot of jobs lost many of whom had spent entire lifetimes working for the same company only to basically be abandoned. The brewery complex is finally being re-developed into condos and retail I think. Anyway I took some photos of the remains and got in a little bit of trouble (which is better not talked about here.) I'll post some more in the next couple of days. Most mentions of Pabst in the city of Milwaukee have been removed or replaced (other companies have taken their place) with a few exceptions - The Pabst Theatre and The Pabst Mansion. I was really surprised to see this sign still mounted on the building.
