"We're stuck on the roof, can you let us down?"

I picked up the phone the other day and it was Austin.

 

"Hi Nicole, it's Austin."

"Hi, aren't you on the roof?"

"Yeah, we're stuck! Can you come prop the ladder up again?"

 

Yeah, sure, but I'm going to take a picture of you first.
