Two layer acrylic paint for faux-stone
Two different mix for faux granit, based on the same polymer colors (gray, black, translucent), and then with black acrylic paint. This is based on most mix recommended for turquoise and other faux stones.
The difference is in the acrylic mixed with the clay bits:
Right, the translucent was coated with silver paint and left to dry before putting it together with the other colors of clay and coating it with black acrylic clay. This leaves a reflective layer around the translucent clay.
Left, I just put the colors together and coated with black paint.
