celtic bookmark

so here's the bookmark that grew naturally from this molecule. it's also the center line of the celtic tess. thus the name... ; )

 

there was of course only one right shape for the frame of the bookmark. cutting was surprisingly easy and gave me considerably less trouble than the other non-rectangular bookmark frames I used before. funny that.

 

the frame is made from red elephant hide which can be better seen in the non-backlit view below.
