Winter City Ambience

A tiny passing dog barely yelps into the cold air while I size up a city composition, the canine hardly capable of marching in the deep snow. The owner has considered appropriate dog garments for protection and frost bite. Gazing at the surrounding apartment buildings, I suddenly envision many are parked in front of their televisions catching up with favourite programs or reruns, keeping warm.

Myself, I'm completely enthralled by the Regina hoar frost and drowsy hush of the city. I'm not sure how long my fingers nor camera battery will last, the cold air induces it's own lethargic presence. It's the perfect opportunity to reflect on new projects and shooting locations.

I hope your 2014 has started with a breath of fresh air, I've witnessed some spectacular winter scenery over the December Holidays~
