Mia's Boy
Remember the cow some of you called Mia? I had titled the picture MIA (for missing in action) because last autumn she didn't come back for the longest time. I liked her given name though and decided to stick with it, as I don't know what, if anything, the farmer calls her. Finally, almost winter it was, she appeared again, with her 3 kids in tow. Now, mid March, we saw she gave birth again. A little bull calf.
Not the greatest photo, it was taken with my phone at mid day, but it was rare that it wasn't surrounded by mother and siblings and therefore hidden. I went there once with the long lens but they wouldn't have it.
