Steve Pottenger says: Blue and an Orange. You'll notice that some of these blues are more intense or saturated. When the values are darker it's harder to see the hue. Have you ever noticed at dusk how all the intensity of color goes way down? At night we see very little color and mostly only value (shades of grey).
