This is my first attempt at Sous Vide. I decided to do something easy so I used a recipe from Americas Test Kitchen for poached eggs. It took me two days to figure out how to setup and use the Inkbird ISV-100W. I kept pushing the wrong buttons and setting the wrong temperature! I finally was able to get it right.

 

I made Sous Vide poached eggs for breakfast today
