Goat Canyon Trestle Vista

After a nearby tunnel collapse, the San Diego and Arizona Eastern constructed this huge wooden structure in 1933 to cross one of the many gulches stemming from the Carrizo Gorge. Though 2008 was the last time a revenue train ran over these rails, it remains a keystone for what some call "the impossible railroad".
