This is part of the outdoor set used for the filming of soap opera Coronation Street. This has, along with several others, were built c1990 opposite the familiar terraced houses on the odd numbered side of the street.
Between 1988 1999 the Coronation Street set formed the highlight of the Granada Studio Tour complex.
