We flew into San José, stayed overnight, and then took about an hour flight on this de Havilland prop plane to Puerto Jimenez. Although it's the largest town on the Osa Peninsula, the population is less than 2,000 and the main road to the airport is a dirt road. From here, we had an hour drive up the bumpiest road we've ever been on in our lives to get to the place we were staying, Bosque del Cabo.
