Ugo is approaching his 13th birthday, and understandably he doesn't like to be walked on cold and rainy days - his favorite walking time is at noon, when he can take his mom on excruciatingly slow 1-hour walks along his preferred itinerary.

Here he's in the small park near home, waiting for Peggy, Pixie and Polly to do their business so he can go home and have breakfast.
