160th Basic Police Academy Recruit - Oakland Police Department. I caught

this Recruit stretching before his mid-morning run. I was driving with my

husband, so this was a quick capture in a split second. I saw a bunch of

them right by the police dept. and snapped this shot as we were rolling

through the intersection.
