Contrary to what you might read on many internet forums, the contrails up there are not solely comprised of water.

 

This is (in a best case scenario) wishful thinking - worst case: disinformation, courtesy of the aviation industry.

 

Think about it. I wonder if the rise in cancer rates can be attributed to a rise in artificial precipitation (via contrails).
