Paleo breakfast

3 brown eggs fried in EVOO, seasoned with turmeric & cayenne pepper. Steamed broccoli with pastured ghee and Himalayan sea salt. Nitrite free bacon cooked in toaster oven. Really hits the spot after a good workout, though on some days I'm hungry 2 hours later. The coffee drink is a home made version of 'starbucks doubleshot', I'll post that recipe in the coming weeks.
