Dear Andy
Today I finally had a chance to visit DSM this morning.
Started at 11.30am and finished 12.45pm.
1.25 hours v time.
0.50 hours admin etc
Report
Ragwort I found and pulled up 2 plants.
There is a few bits of litter by road gate but I didn't have a bag with me.Next time.
Brambles etc there are several good sized patches along the reserve. See photos.
The cattle have done an amazing grazing job and are still on the reserve. I found them at the very furthest corner of the reserve but appeared happy.
Fences seemed in good shape.
The Ash trees looked healthy except for a small one in the rough hedge separating the penultimate Marsh to the far Marsh.
I saw a few Red Admirals along my walk, four Red Kites over, a Green Woodpecker was heard. .
Apologies for lack of visits but at 80 and with dodgy eyes I have difficulty fitting in everything:)
